Overall a good experience. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was also good and there is tea, coffee and snacls available all day in the lobby. The free pick up from the airport was really useful.

very friendly and nice staff. Helped arrange taxi and take-away food orders. Nice selection of TV channels. transfer to/from airport was a breeze. bring the description of how to drive to the hotel for taxi drivers - the ones we met did not know where it is.

Good hotel with very friendly staff and good rooms. FOC shuttle bus to airport. But too far from shoping centers. The good hotel for the transit passengers, but in case of shopping you will need 15-30 minutes and 120-150 THB one way with the taxi.

This is my second time staying at the hotel. It is the best hotel you can find near the airport which is about 10 minutes away. They have a 24 hour snack table like ( Bannans, Cake, Juice , Coffee, ...) free of charge. I had a deluxe room on the third floor ( No eleveator ) Good for a night or two before flight to your destination to recharge your body. There is a great restaurant next door, offers great selection of thai food and sea food.

Everything was fine until we checked out. I wanted to make a reservation for the evening I was returning to America and I could not make if for the same internet rate. I will have to go online to get the rate which I thought was a waste of time and somewhat foolish. We enjoyed our stay and would have stayed again for sure if we could have made the reservation at the time. Now I may get on the internet and look at some other Suvarnabuhmi hotels. Take care and have a Merry Christmas.

Very good value for money, ideal for a short stop, with free bus to or from airport only 10 mins away.Latkrabang BTS is only a 50Bt taxi, and about 20 mins on BTS to BKK centre.

Очень приятный и уютный отель. Отличная работа персонала. Хороший завтрак. Хорошие номера. Немного шумно (слышно, как взлетают самолеты, и неважная звукоизоляция в номере). Удобное расположение по отношению к аэропорту.
